Charanwas is a small village of 228 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Charanwas depends on Chomu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 173.83% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Charanwas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Charanwas's pin code is 303301[4], and village code is 01481700. The area of Charanwas is segregated as 173.83 hectares irrigated area, 42.02 hectares unirrigated, remaining 12.02 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Charanwas is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1102 and has total administration over 189 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chomu and Jaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
