Sagra is a small village of 109 hectares in Bahraich Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sagra depends on Bahraich (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sagra's pin code is 271802^[4], and village code is 06498300. The area of Sagra is segregated as , 18 hectares unirrigated area. the 2 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 100 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sagra has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Sagra is a census village in the district of Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 599 and has total administration over 96 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 165 male, 139 female with 174 (57.24%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 111 males and 63 females. 43 males and 20 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 41 male and 21 female agricultural labor. 130 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bahraich (MB) and Bahraich to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
