Is That All? is a religious tract written by David Daniels, the successor to Jack Chick at Chick Publications. It was originally printed in 2019, and remains an in-stock title. It is listed on their website under the subject "Basic Gospel" and also tagged as "Forgiveness".
The tract shows Megan at her 12th birthday party; though she is given many presents she selfishly wants more. When her father (Gregory) chastises her behavior, she turns it on him, telling of how he spends all his time trying to make money instead of being with his family.
An attorney contacts Gregory, telling him that his deceased grandmother left him a letter, which contains a key to her house and further instructions to follow. Gregory and Megan (along with Peg, the wife and mother) go to the house; while Megan and Peg explore the house Gregory follows the instructions, which lead him to a poem written to him, tucked inside her Bible. The poem tells of how she remembered how he promised to be rich, but has obtained material success at the expense of his eternal soul, and pleads with him to trust in Christ; realizing that he has sinned, he asks God to forgive and save him (Peg and Megan see him do so and are happy).
Mentioning that moving to the area to take care of his grandmother has caused financial stress, he wonders if God could also help with his finances; he discovers one last surprise tucked inside a lamp: the property deed to the house, made out in his name.
