Uranah is a small village of 0 hectares in Meja Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Uranah depends on Sirsa (Np), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Uranah's pin code is 212305[4], and village code is 05635600. The area of Uranah is segregated as 78 hectares irrigated area, 40 hectares unirrigated area.

Uranah is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1276 and has total administration over 173 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Sirsa (Np) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
