Gunesra is a small village of 448 hectares in Karauli Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gunesra depends on KARAULI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 54.37% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Gunesra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Gunesra's pin code is 322241[4], and village code is 01233900. The area of Gunesra is segregated as 145.18 hectares irrigated area, 125.6 hectares unirrigated, the 43.39 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 54.84 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Gunesra has One post office (Gunesera B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Gunesra has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Gunesra is a census village in the district of Karauli, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2785 and has total administration over 516 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Gunesra has 511 children, 251 boys and 260 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 462 (16.59%) males constitute 235 (8.44%) of the population and females 227 (8.15%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 925 (33.21%) males constitute 485 (17.41%) of the population and females 440 (15.80%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 1298 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 760 male, 538 female with 706 (54.39%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 617 males and 89 females. 337 males and 54 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 27 male and 18 female agricultural labor. 592 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Karauli to sell earthen pot and make their living.
