European Liberalism

From Conservapedia

European Liberalism is a term used to describe the predominant liberal political culture in Europe. In contrast with American Liberalism, European liberals tend to favour less government control of the economy, in contrast to any social democratic or socialist rivals for power. Most of the European Christian Democrat parties are considered to be liberal in the European sense.
