Javier Milei (born October 22, 1970) is an economist and National Deputy since Dec, 2021 from Argentina. He takes libertarian positions and favors the Austrian School of Economics. He received his degree as an economist from the University of Belgrano.

He is against abortion, believes in God, and is "AnarchoCapitalist".

His best books are Economy readings in Kirchner times (2014), Economic Policy Time Trial (2014), The return to the path of the Argentine Decadence (2015), Maquinita, Infleta and Devaluta with Diego Giacomini (2016), Once again soup: little machine, infleta and devaluta: essays of monetary economy for the Argentine case with Diego Giacomini (2017), and Unmasking the Keynesian lie. Keynes, Friedman and the triumph of the Austrian School (2018).

In 2021 he was elected as deputy and is now serving.
