Mukhwar is a small village of 924 hectares in Etmadpur Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mukhwar depends on Etmadpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mukhwar's pin code is 283201[4], and village code is 01571900. The area of Mukhwar is segregated as 740 hectares irrigated area, 129 hectares unirrigated, the 3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 53 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mukhwar has One post office (Mukhbar B.O). Mukhwar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Mukhwar is a census village in the district of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 4847 and has total administration over 748 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 966 (19.93%) males constitute 514 (10.60%) of the population and females 452 (9.33%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Etmadpur (MB) and Agra to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
