Sycamore (Quantum Computer)

Sycamore is a quantum computer created by Google Inc.'s Artificial Intelligence division.^[1] Sycamore came into the public spotlight in 2019, when news about its computing speed was released.^[2] Google's claims of its speed was disputed by IBM, and remain unverified.^[3] If the claims are upheld, then it would represent an exponential leap in computing power.^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]
