The North Dakota Repeal Alcohol Sale Restrictions Initiative, also known as Repealing Measure Prohibiting Distribution of Alcoholic Beverages Where other Commodities are Sold, Number 3, was on the June 29, 1948 ballot in North Dakota as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated.^[1] The measure would have repealed the law that prohibits sale of alcoholic beverages where commodities other than tobacco and soft drinks are sold.^[2]
