Bullets

From Conservapedia

Bullets are directed projectiles launched by compressive force from a firearm. In general, a bullet is a shaped piece of lead fired from a handgun or long gun on the compression wave from the rapidly burning gunpowder. There are also bullets which are plated, coated, or filled, as well. Lead is still present, however, since it conforms to the barrel's riffling better than other harder metals. In the past, a few rifles have used a compressed air burst, but this has proven generally impractical.
