From Ballotpedia One statewide ballot measure was on the November 2, 1943 ballot in Kentucky.
Another legislatively referred constitutional amendment regarding aid for dependent children and blind persons was supposed to appear on the ballot, as well. However, due to an error it was not publicized as required by Section 256 of the Kentucky Constitution and could not be placed on the ballot.[1]
