Gulf Of Aqaba

From Conservapedia

The Gulf of Aqaba is one of two northern extensions of the Red Sea (the other is the Gulf of Suez). It is bounded by Egypt (the Sinai Peninsula), Israel (including the port and resort city of Eilat), Jordan (including the city of Aqaba), and Saudi Arabia. The blockade of the Gulf of Aqaba in 1967 by Arab forces seeking to deny Israel maritime access to the Red Sea and Indian Ocean was the first provocation that led to the Six Day War.
