The Colorado Redirect Open Space Funds to Schools Measure did not appear on the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Colorado as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure proposed diverting funds, at the time used to preserve open space to fund the state's K-12 schools. The legislation was sponsored by Rep. Jerry Sonnenberg.[1]

Two-thirds of each chamber of the Colorado General Assembly were required to vote affirmatively for a proposed amendment in order for it to go on the statewide ballot for potential voter ratification. The legislative session ended on May 12. The measure was not referred to the statewide ballot.
