The Commerce and Labor Committee (previously known as the Commerce, Labor and Energy Committee) is a standing committee of the Nevada State Senate.

Per the Senate Rules, the Majority Leader of the Nevada State Senate determines the partisan composition of the chamber's standing committees and appoints majority party members, and the Minority Leader appoints minority party members.[1] Interim committees may be appointed by the Majority Leader when needed.[2] If a committee member is unable to perform their duties, a committee chair or member may be temporarily replaced with a member of the same party by the Majority Leader.[3]
