Angela Lansbury
From Conservapedia Angela Lansbury (born 1925) is an actress best known for her roles in the "Murder, She Wrote" TV show. Her most famous film is The Manchurian Candidate (1962).
Born in London, Lansbury was the daughter of Belfast-born stage and film actress Moyna MacGill and businessman Edgar Lansbury; and the granddaughter of the former Labour Party leader George Lansbury. Her earliest theatrical influences were teen-aged coloratura Deanna Durbin, screen star Irene Dunne, and her own mother, who encouraged her daughter's ambition by taking her to plays at the Old Vic.
