The Montana Refundable Deposits on Beverage Containers Initiative, also known as I-113, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have established a system for refundable deposits on all glass, metal or plastic beverage containers sold in Montana, for a value of at least five cents per container.[1][2]
