Isaac Ha-Kohen Of Ostrog:

Russian rabbi; lived in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. He was the author of a work entitled "Mattenot 'Ani," or "Ḳiẓẓur Mizraḥi," a compendium of Elijah Mizraḥi's commentary on Rashi, with notes (Prague, 1604-09).
