Hardihan is a small village of 812 hectares in Meja Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hardihan depends on Koraon (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Hardihan's pin code is 212303[4], and village code is 05622300. The area of Hardihan is segregated as 495 hectares irrigated area, 190 hectares unirrigated area. the 132 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).
Hardihan has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Hardihan is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2516 and has total administration over 414 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 1005 (39.94%) males constitute 606 (24.09%) of the population and females 399 (15.86%).

The workforce is 579 male, 276 female with 708 (82.81%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 490 males and 218 females. 227 males and 22 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 225 male and 187 female agricultural labor. 147 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Koraon (NP) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
