SHALL SECTION 32.03 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, BE AMENDED AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 3 OFORDINANCE NO. 1193-13 OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, TO PROVIDE FOR THREE YEAR TERMS OF OFFICE FOR MAYOR?
