Löb Ben Baruch Bendet:

Rabbi of Byelostok, Russia, in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries; author of "Sha'agat Aryeh" (Byelostok, 1805), novellæ on the treatise Makkot. The author quotes frequently his father's "Ner Tamid" (Grodno, 1789); and in the preface he states that he has written novellæ on the whole Talmud.
