Judas (Song)

Judas is a rock song from the band Fozzy, the title track from their 2017 album of the same name.

The lyrics tell of a singer who has alienated and betrayed anyone and everyone close to him, in essence becoming just like Judas Iscariot, the disciple who betrayed Jesus (and the lyrics feature some Christian imagery).

A minor hit on rock radio, the song is popular in the public square due to its use as the entrance music for professional wrestler Chris Jericho (who is, not coincidentally, also Fozzy's lead singer); regardless of whether Jericho is portraying a face or heel, the audience sings the first verse and chorus along with the music.
