Oregon Ballot Measure 7 (2008) was an initiated constitutional amendment that did not make the November 4, 2008 ballot. It would have prevented a person, company, or organization from using any payroll deduction money for a political purpose without annual authorization from employee.[1]

Restricts Use Of Payroll Deductions For Political Purpose; Requires Separate Account For Them; Mandates Penalties.[1]
