Harpy

From Conservapedia

A harpy was a figure from Greek mythology. Originally a harmless wind spirit or ghost, the harpy was later conceived of as a loathsome creature with a bird's body and a woman's face.[1] Now, the word can also be used as a pejorative term for an unpleasant woman.
