Khalsa is a small village of 100 hectares in Phulpur Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khalsa depends on Bharia, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khalsa's pin code is 221507[4], and village code is 05424000. The area of Khalsa is segregated as 65 hectares irrigated area. the 3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 32 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Khalsa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Khalsa is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 883 and has total administration over 117 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 260 male, 171 female with 240 (55.68%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 218 males and 22 females. 152 males and 15 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 45 male and 5 female agricultural labor. 191 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Bharia and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
