American Academy Of Religion
From Conservapedia 'American Academy of Religion (AAR) was formed in 1964 by renaming National Association of Biblical Instructors, which had been formed in 1909. Originally, the organization was a professional society for campus and prep school ministers and religious instructors. In 1979 the ACLS admitted the AAR as a leading humanities organization composed primarily of scholars and professors.
