Patkhoule is a small village of 49 hectares in Allapur Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Patkhoule depends on ATRAULIYA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Patkhoule's pin code is 224189[4], and village code is 06060600. The area of Patkhoule is segregated as 45 hectares irrigated area. and remaining 3.9 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Patkhoule has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of ATRAULIYA and Ambedkar Nagar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
