Branstool Appointed To Licking County Common Pleas Court

Newark, Ohio: David Branstool was appointed by Gov. Strickland to a vacancy on the Licking County Court of Common Pleas. He will replace the retired Judge Jon Spahr until the November 2010 general election, when he must run to keep the position.[1]
