The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is an agency of the executive office of the president. It is responsible for creating budget proposals, also monitors federal programs, reviews proposals from the cabinet, and reviews the rules and regulations proposed by federal executive branch agencies.[1] The OMB is the largest office in the White House.
