Mandawara is a small village of 2442 hectares in Digod Tehsil in Kota district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mandawara depends on MANGROL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Mandawara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mandawara's pin code is 325204[3], and village code is 03787200. The area of Mandawara is segregated as 1059.92 hectares irrigated area, 218.16 hectares unirrigated, the 140.26 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 504.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Mandawara has One post office (Mandawara B.O). The village is connected with a single bus service. Mandawara has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Mandawara is a census village in the district of Kota, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3779 and has total administration over 789 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Mandawara has 415 children, 208 boys and 207 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 1075 (28.45%) males constitute 564 (14.92%) of the population and females 511 (13.52%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 70 (1.85%) males constitute 42 (1.11%) of the population and females 28 (0.74%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 1509 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 1018 male, 491 female with 586 (38.83%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 530 males and 56 females. 238 males and 12 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 44 male and 17 female agricultural labor. 923 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of MANGROL and Kota to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
