Finch

From Conservapedia
A Galapagos finch
A finch is a passerine bird that eats seeds. There are many species of finch, mostly found in the northern hemisphere, such as the goldfinch and the grosbeak.

The name "finch" is also applied to several other unrelated groups of birds, including the Darwin's finches of the Galápagos Islands. Charles Darwin studied differences in the beak size and shape of several of these birds, and this helped him develop the Theory of Evolution.

Another Galapagos finch
According to creationists, finches were created along with all the other fowl by God on the Fifth Day of Creation, as recorded in the Book of Genesis.
