Use Immunity

From Conservapedia

Use immunity is a promise by government not to use testimony, or other information gained from certain testimony, in a future prosecution of the witness himself. Use immunity is a privilege against self-incrimination. Use immunity enables obtaining testimony from someone despite his right to remain silent under the Fifth Amendment.

The other type of immunity from prosecution is transaction immunity.
