NFL values are the demonic values by NFL owners that harm players and fans, and loot the Nation for the enrichment of a few.
Far from being pro-athlete or charitable, NFL values are full of jealousy of talented, intelligent players and opposed to anyone who espouses Christian values.
NFL values include the following:
- Only after Taylor Swift donated to the family of woman murdered at the Super Bowl victory parade did the NFL also contribute something -- perhaps less than Swift's donation as part of a joint donation -- to a victims fund.
- As reported on Dec. 31, 2023, "Panthers owner David Tepper appears to throw drink toward Jaguars fans from luxury box during 26-0 Carolina loss."[1]
- in an example of demonic behavior, fans at the Dec. 15, 1968 NFL game started pelting with snowballs a young man dressed up as Santa Claus, including one that him in the face, and this became known as the "Snowball Game."[2]
- star NFL player Aaron Hernandez committed murder (as convicted at trial) and later hanged himself in prison when serving a life sentence, while his team the New England Patriots covered up for it by giving outspokenly Christian Tim Tebow an NFL sham tryout to deflect from the scandal.
- using astroturf even though players prefer grass, which many feel is less injury-prone. Four-time MVP QB Aaron Rodgers suffered a season-ending tear of his Achilles Heel on his very first drive for the NY Jets on astroturf on Sept. 11, 2023.
- doing nothing to protect society from NFL veterans who then allegedly commit heinous crimes, such as the NFL veteran Sergio Brown arrested in Mexico in October 2023, who is expected to be charged with murdering his mother.[3]
- NFL player Travis Kelce was photographed in October 2023 by paparazzi smoking something in his car (tobacco seemed unlikely since very few pro athletes smoke cigarettes), while a few months earlier he stated that about “50-80%” of NFL players use marijuana.[4]
- shamelessly promoting Taylor Swift due to her relationship with the aforementioned, apparently drug user Travis Kelce. Even longtime NFL fans were upset by the constant promotion of Swift.
- violent fights among NFL fans at games leave blood on the floor, and even result in death, which the league does nothing to prevent.[5]
- superstar Bubba Smith persuasively and persistently alleged that the 1969 Super Bowl, in which he played, was fixed to enable the heavy underdog Jets to win while the favored Colts' owner wagered against his team, yet the NFL apparently never investigated Smith's allegations.[6] A play-by-play of that game, which includes the quarterback ignoring the wide-open primary receiver on a trick flee-flicker play and instead tossing an interception, is provided in detail by USA Today.[7]
- The NFL promoted Tom Brady ceaselessly over two decades, despite the fact that Brady was never able to succeed without four different factors being tilted in his favor. First, Brady relied on having his opponents' practices videotaped and relayed to him prior to the game.Spygate. Second, Brady never succeeded without having the football inflated to less than the regulation pressure. Indeed, he was suspended for relying on improperly inflated balls during a game against the Colts; few of his successes came after the revelation of this fact. Third, Brady's failures were consistently masked by NFL officials' invoking obscure and hitherto unenforced rules, such as the so-called "tuck game", where Brady had been clearly defeated. Finally, Brady played over quarterbacks of superior ability on the roster such as Tim Tebow. Tebow's unfair exclusion from the NFL is compelling evidence against the idea, espoused by liberals, that the NFL is meritocratic.
