Urania

From Conservapedia

Urania is the muse of astronomy. She has two important symbols: the first is the globe, the second being the turtle, which is symbolic for silence. Her name means "heavenly," and is the source for many observatories (most notably, Tyco Brahe's observatory Uraniborg).
