Flea

From Conservapedia

Fleas are parasitic insects which are found all over the world. They feed on the blood of dogs, cats and other animals, including humans. They are capable of jumping tremendous distances for their size and are known to transmit a number of diseases between humans. However, they do not have wings, so they are limited to a jump's distance from any surface on which they can crawl.
