Proverbs 31

From Conservapedia

Proverbs 31 contains this warning against an obsession with women:

Do not give your strength to women[1]

This above advice could also be interpreted as applying against modern-day feminism.

The latter section of this Proverb (verses 10-31, constituting the majority of the text) offers an example of a diligent, godly woman and wife; the term "Proverbs 31 Woman" is sometimes used to describe such a woman. She is described as working hard for her family, and respecting her husband. In return, she is also respected, as verses twenty-eight through thirty say,

Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
“Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.[2]
