Star Fox

Star Fox is a video game series created by Nintendo. It is an arcade-style space shooter whose characters consist of anthropomorphic animals.

Story[edit]

The basic story of Star Fox revolves around the Lylat System. A monkey scientist Andross is exiled to the planet Venom by General Pepper (a basset hound). A short time later, Andross begins his assault on the Lylat System, starting with the planet Corneria. Pepper recruits the Star Fox team to stop Andross.

Characters[edit]

• Fox McCloud - The protagonist of the series. Becomes leader of the Star Fox team after his father, James McCloud, is killed by Andross' forces.
• Falco Lombardi - An ace pilot of the Star Fox team. A brash, yet silent pilot who is in constant competition with Fox.
• Peppy Hare - The veteran of the team. Was apart of the original Star Fox team with James McCloud and Pigma Dengar, the latter of whom betrayed McCloud to Andross.
• Slippy Toad - The technical genius of the team. Although not a great pilot, has created other vehicles that the team have used.
• Krystal - A female fox whom Fox McCloud meets during the game Star Fox: Adventures. Later joins the Star Fox team after Peppy retires.
• General Pepper - General of the Cornerian Army. Recruits the Star Fox team to take on Andross. After he retires as General, Peppy takes his place.
• Andross - Main antagonist of the series. Exiled to the planet Venom by Pepper after it was discovered he was conducting unethical experiments.
• James McCloud - Fox's father, and the leader of the original Star Fox team. After being betrayed by Pigma Dengar, was killed by Andross.
• Bill Grey - One of Fox's friends from his days at Corneria Academy.
• Katt Monroe - A female pilot who is infatuated with Falco.
• Wolf O'Donnell - Leader of the Star Wolf team. Hired by Andross to deal with Star Fox. Fox's arch-rival in the games.
• Leon Powalski - Member of the Star Wolf team. For an unknown reason, has a vendetta against Falco, and thus is his arch-rival in the games.
• Pigma Dengar - A member of the original Star Fox team. Betrayed James and Peppy to Andross, later joining Star Wolf. Because of this, he is Peppy's arch-rival in the games.
• Andrew Oikonny - The nephew of Andross, and a member of Star Wolf. Is the arch-rival of Slippy in the games.
• Panther Caroso - Joins Star Wolf sometime between the events of Star Fox: Adventures and Star Fox: Assault. He has a crush on Krystal.
