1. It is hard to say, because I memorized the entire term list that was given to us to study, but there was not much from it on the test.

I think every question, or almost every question, could be answered from information on the term list. Do you have any examples to support your point?

Note that history exams do require application or analysis of information in addition to mere knowledge.

2. I don't really like any of the ones that i missed.

Have to try harder than that! Surely you can find something to like about one of them. (Minus 3).

3. I don't think that it is the state's place to legislate Christianity.

Most would agree, but you don't connect that to the question or the real issue. (Minus 2, for failure to link the answer to the question.) Forbidding teaching that man evolved from apes is not "legislat[ing] Christianity." Millions, or billions, of non-Christians reject evolution also.

4. I don't really, know, but i guess it turned out all right.

Need to try harder than that. (Minus 2).

5. He was great.

Why? (Minus 2).

6. The Eighteenth amendment forbids the manufacturing, importing, and exporting of alcoholic beverages. This amendment was later repealed.

H4. I think that the mid-term would have been much better if the material which was given to students had included the material actually in the exam. Many of the questions I was able to figure out, but even after memorizing the bolded terms, there were a few questions which I was totally clueless on.

Again, you need to give an example to back up your point. All the questions could be answered correctly based on materials handed out. (Minus 2).
