They collect different vehicles to travel on boat, canoe, air ship. After restoring the crystals the warriors have to defeat Garland in order to foil his evil plot.

Warriors can equip any weapon, Thieves have good speed, Monks can fight well with their bare fists, Black Mages can learn powerful black magic, White mages can learn powerful white magic, Red Mages can learn some lesser black and white magic and had good normal attacks unlike the other mages. All the classes can be upgraded, Warrior to Knight (who can learn some white magic), Thief to Ninja (who can learn some black magic), Monk to Master, Black Mage to Black Wizard, White Mage to White Wizard, Red Mage to Red Wizard.
Rather than abilities the game only has magic. There is black magic (which has offensive spells) and white magic (defensive, healing and a few offensive spells). Magic ccan be bought at stores.
