Neurosurgery

It is the medical specialty of neurosurgery (also known as neurological surgery), also known as brain surgery, that is concerned with the diagnosis, surgical treatment and rehabilitation of disorders that affect any part or portion of one's nervous system. This includes disorders of the brain, nervous system (including the spine), central and peripheral nervous systems, and cerebrovascular system.
