Cooperative Federalism

From Conservapedia

Cooperative federalism is a governmental structure in which the power is not solely on a state or federal level. Instead, both the federal government and states work together to proceed with governmental functions. Cooperative federalism is found in the United States, and is also called Marble cake federalism, because the powers and functions of the federal and state governments are "mixed and mingled".[1]
