Louisiana Amendment 10, also known as the Permanently Endowed Funds of Public or Private Colleges and Universities Act, was on the September 30, 2006, primary election ballot in Louisiana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. This measure proposed to allow institutions of higher education to invest a percentage of their state-funded endowment in stock.[1][2]
