Congressman Patrick McHenry serves as the Honorary Chairman. The HCF's mission; To regain the Republican majority in Congress and To assure that principled conservatives are elected (and re-elected).

Per their website, We at the House Conservatives Fund are dedicated to the following conservative ideals:

We believe it is essential that the government be limited and within the realm of Constitutional guideline; not the guidelines of activist judges.

We believe that our military should be the best and greatest force in the world. Our soldiers have fought for the freedom of oppressed peoples for generations and we should make sure that they are equipped to do so for the generations to come.

We believe that one of the cornerstone ideas of our country's founding was the belief in personal property rights and we will support those who fight to make sure your rights are always protected.

We believe that our constitution protects an individual's right to keep and bear arms for security and defense of self, family, property, as well as for other lawful purposes.

We believe that it is essential to uphold the traditional family values that have long been a part of our great nation. Strength in the family helps to strengthen our nation.
