Fundraising

Fundraising is the act of collecting money for a purpose. The purpose can involve the election of a candidate, the promotion of a cause such as a charity, the selling of a product or services. The legitimate activity involves solicitation, pledges, donations from individuals or businesses. Can also be thought of as begging which is associated with homeless individuals to purchase food, alcohol or illegal drugs.
