Higher Learning

From Conservapedia

Higher Learning (1995) is a gritty but charming movie about 3 college freshman who get more than they bargained for at their sunny California campus. The black track star finds out that racism is less of an obstacle to his success than his own attitude, as his (black) political science professor patiently but firmly explains (echoed by his girlfriend). The white girl is consoled after an assault by two different seducers, one female and one male. The clueless white farm-boy, who is a loner, falls in with the Aryan Brotherhood.

The real star of the movie, although he hardly gets enough screen time, is the professor. He's full of deep lines like: "In the real world, no one wants to hear excuses or empty rhetoric. They want to know if you have a plan."
