Panwa is a small village of 292 hectares in Phulera (Hq.Sambhar) Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Panwa depends on Sambhar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 10.21% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Panwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Panwa's pin code is 303348[4], and village code is 01505800. The area of Panwa is segregated as 10.21 hectares irrigated area, 280.42 hectares unirrigated, the 0.14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 0.91 hectare area not available for cultivation.
