Loudoun County is a county in northern Virginia. The county seat is Leesburg. Loudoun County is part of the Washington–Arlington–Alexandria, DC–VA–MD–WV Metropolitan Statistical Area and is in Virginia's 10th congressional district. The 10th district has 35,500 federal workers. By comparison, Virginia's 1st district has 46,900; the 11th has 51,900; and the 8th has 81,100.[1] Since 2008, the county has been ranked first in the U.S. in median household income among jurisdictions with a population of 65,000 or more.[2]
A Maoist holocaust survivor told Fox News, "When I was in China I spent my entire school years in the Chinese cultural revolution, so I'm very very familiar with the communist tactics of how they divide people, how they cancel the Chinese traditional culture and destroy our heritage. And all this is happening here in America. Now they are labeling parents and concerned citizens like me as domestic terrorists. What that can do? You may lose your freedom. I do have a question: what's next step? is it the Tiananmen crackdown, the next? Would parents, one day, risk their life just to speak up for the children? That's why I'm here."[3]
A far-Left group of critical race theory teachers, school board members and other activists in Loudoun County's public school system (the membership of which includes the county's Soros-funded prosecutor) were outed as planning on targeting parents who opposed the plans of the racist anti-white teachers/activists, whose group has the ironic name "Anti-Racist Parents of Loudoun County" and are also ironically white themselves, to indoctrinate their students with Critical Race Theory (CRT) by compiling a list of opposed parents to target with harassment campaigns including infiltration of anti-CRT parent groups, hackers (for the purposes of disrupting the parents' online communications) and "exposing" the parents via illegal doxxing.[4] One of the group's members, Loudoun County school board member Beth Barts, was removed from her duties after her plans to expose and target anti-CRT parents (including the use of aggressive civil unrest), along with other group members sending Barts the names and other info of anti-CRT parents to use for doxxing purposes, was publicly exposed, putting the CRT group in violation of Virginia law regarding felony anti-First Amendment criminal activity. The information regarding the CRT group was forwarded to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office for investigation.
On May 20, 2021, the Loudoun County School Board’s Pupil Services Committee met to discuss the policy for the rights of transgender students. The new policy was developed to comply with the Virginia Department of Education’s mandate that school divisions advance students of all gender identities. The policy’s most notable and contentious aspect was that students will be permitted to use the bathroom that corresponds with their gender identities. “It’s about time Virginia gets a policy to protect these students,” said Harris Mahedavi (Ashburn). “We need to put a structure in place that protects the kids from being marginalized.”
Several parents made public comments expressing concerns about student privacy, particularly in common areas of restrooms. A parent from the Islamic community said, “The girls wear full coverings their whole lives and for them to have a mixed bathroom is very traumatizing." The proposed policy for Loudoun County went beyond the model developed by the Virginia Department of Education in some ways, such as addressing athletics.[6] 8 days after the meeting a 15 year old girl was raped in the girl's bathroom at Stone Bridge High School by a boy wearing a skirt who allegedly identifies as female.
Scott Smith, the father of the rape victim, was at a Loudoun County school board meeting on June 22, 2021.[7] The school told Smith his daughter had been assaulted but didn't call police. Smith reported the assault to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) and rape kit evidence collected. Prior to the June 22 meeting, When Smith showed up at the school to complain about what had happened, they accused him of lying and called the police.[8]
Moments before Smith’s arrest Superintendent Scott Ziegler of the county’s schools “said the school hadn’t had any incidents involving a transgender student in bathrooms and declared that ‘the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.'” [9] An Antifa provocateur at the meeting claimed his daughter was lying. When an argument ensued, police grabbed his arm. When he pulled his arm away, he was assaulted and thrown to the ground, handcuffed, and removed from the room.[10] A damning email proved the board had been informed of the rape on the day the rape occurred.[11]
And while the far-left prosecutor’s office, which would eventually try to throw the book at Smith over his arrest at the school board meeting, insisted they were taking the rape case seriously, the same boy was transferred to another school in the district. On October 6, 2021, the same boy was alleged to have committed another rape. A sheriff's office press release stated, "A teenager from Ashburn has been charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student at Broad Run High School."[12]
A pattern of sexual assaults has emerged in the Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) system which have gone illegally unreported by school administrators. Previously, LCPS had failed to report an incident from October of 2018. Three football players at Tuscorara High were arrested and charged with sexual assault after attacking another boy according to the Loudoun Times-Mirror. A source claimed that a younger player was “held down by teammates who inserted objects into the victim” in a locker room. LCPS asserted at the time that “the case will be subject to disciplinary action.” Upon review, the annual report for Tuscorara that year listed zero instances of sexual offenses against students. Such incidents are required to be reported to the public and school superintendents are to be held personally liable for any violations.
The law in Virginia states, “Reports shall be made to the division superintendent and to the principal or his designee on all incidents involving … sexual assault.” The law also states, “A division superintendent who knowingly fails to comply or secure compliance with the reporting requirements of this subsection shall be subject to the sanctions authorized in § 22.1-65. A principal who knowingly fails to comply or secure compliance with the reporting requirements of this section shall be subject to sanctions prescribed by the local school board, which may include, but need not be limited to, demotion or dismissal.”
Incidents are required to be reported to the public via a public database called Safe Schools Information Resource (SSIR) which is administered by the Virginia Department of Education. LCPS reported that Stone Bridge had zero sexual assaults for the 2020-2021 school year which is known to be untrue.[13] The transgender rapist later was found guilty,[14] and students walked out shouting, "Loudoun County protects rapists!"[15]
Two days after the November 2021 general election in which Democrats were swept out of office in Virginia over the issue of teaching Marxism, racism, and hate in Virginia public schools, police charged high school counselor Ann Barrett, who allegedly had an inappropriate relationship with an underage student from 2013 to 2015. The gender of the victim was not identified. Loudoun County Public Schools placed Barrett on leave in May 2021 after the case surfaced. The counselor turned herself in and was later released on bond. Police are also investigating a boy at Harmony Middle School who allegedly groped male classmates in a hallway at the start of the 2021 fall school year.[16]
Buta Biberaj, Loudoun County prosecutor, received $861,000 from George Soros's Justice and Public Safety PAC.[17] Biberaj sought to personally prosecute the father of a teenager who was allegedly raped by a gender-fluid student, according to the Daily Wire. [18] Biberaj defended moving the transgender boy who wore a skirt to gain access to the girls bathroom to another school who then reoffended. a
Biberaj dismissed hundreds of domestic violence cases after which an accused wife-beater out on bond allegedly murdered his wife with a hammer. An advocacy group called Virginians for Safe Communities led a recall effort against Biberaj, according to the Washington Free Beacon.[19]
The National School Board Association (NSBA) sent a letter to socialist leader Joe Biden complaining about parents speaking out at school board meetings. The NSBA letter states that parents’ protests and speeches at school board meetings “could be equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism.” The letter specifically cited the June 22, 2021 Loudoun County, Virginia incident as an example.[20] The NSBA falsely claimed the parent was arrested in a dispute over critical race theory when, in fact, the parent was removed from the school board hearing after the school board publicly lied about the rape of the the parent's daughter in a transgender bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt.[21] Biden handed the letter to regime chief procurator Merrick Garland. Garland issued a memo directing the FBI and numerous other federal and state agencies to take “measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel,” a clear example of the politicization of the Department of Justice. A liberal advocacy group sent the Office of the President a letter; Merrick Garland dutifully turned that letter into DOJ policy. The memo's intent was to intimidate parents to not speak out at school board meetings against critical race theory.
