History

goorm was founded by Ryu Sungtae in 2013.^[1] It first launched with goormIDE as their flagship product.^[1]

The name goorm comes from the korean word 구름, meaning cloud, as their services are cloud-based products.

goormDEVTH

goormDEVTH is a programming skills assessment platform. It is advertised as a solution for large applicants as there are no limits of the number of concurrent users.^[3]
