In Committee to Recall Robert Menendez v. Wells, 2010 N.J. Super. LEXIS 40 (Mar. 16, 2010), the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, unanimously held that the Secretary of State of New Jersey must accept and file the recall petition and allow the process to move forward with respect to the recall of a U.S. Senator, Robert Menendez. Menendez was not recalled.
