Phantom Votes

From Conservapedia

Phantom votes are ballots cast in the names of people who never personally filled them out or are not legitimate residents, on which Democrats depend for elections in many regions of the United States. Sometimes phantom votes are even cast in the names of people who are dead.

The effect of Democrat legislation on election procedures is to boost the number of phantom votes, and thereby increase the ability of Dem candidates to "win" elections.
